We collect information directly from you when you register, subscribe, or communicate with us, and automatically through your use of the Service (e.g., via cookies and usage logs). We may also receive information from third parties, such as payment processors confirming a transaction.

We use personal information to: provide and administer the Service; process payments; communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests; improve our products; and, where you have consented or it is otherwise permitted, send you marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

Some of our service providers (including hosting and payment processing providers) are located, or store/process data, outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries depending on the specific provider used at the time. Before disclosing personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs, except where an exception under APP 8.2 applies (for example, where you have consented after being informed the recipient may not be bound by the APPs).

If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to individuals, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner ("OAIC") as required.
